Change In the Name of Billing: The charges for your membership on your bank statements may now appear under two names: Setivel S.A. o Viajes Atalaya S.A. Both names are valid and correspond to our service.

Important: To avoid any inconvenience, we request you not to report these charges as unrecognized or dispute these transactions to your financial institutions.

SECURITY AND TRUST IN YOUR TRANSACTIONS:

We maintain the highest standard in the security of our transactions. We use advanced encryption technology to protect your personal and financial data.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS:

Billing: The payment link will be sent from the email address palladiumptc@palladiumhotelgroup.net and our communications regarding administration could be as well sent from the domain @palladiumtravelclub.com
