Dear PTC Family,
We are always committed to provide the best services and experiences to our Palladium Travel Club family, so this time the focus is on the gastronomic experience for the hotels in the Caribbean region under the Grand Palladium and TRS Hotel brands.
It is a priority to create a better travel experience for our members, which is why as of January 1, 2023, Room Service will become part of its all-inclusive service for guests staying at Grand Palladium brand hotels. This includes its Caribbean destinations, such as: Dominican Republic. Mexico and Jamaica. Room Service will be included in the all-inclusive accommodation plan from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Outside these hours, the service fee will cost $17 US dollars per delivery.
This Service Fee will not apply to Ambassador membership staying in Ambassador category and Signature & Presidential memberships staying in any room category booked. For any additional questions, you can approach our operational Palladium Travel Club staff at the destination that visits us.
*Members with other level of membership can pay for the service with their Palladium Money.
