Dear PTC family,
We would like to share some important updates regarding our transportation services with BD Experience, effective December 15, 2023, for our hotels in Riviera Maya, Costa Mujeres, and Punta Cana.
BD Experience will transition from Shuttle operation to a shared transportation scheme. For guests staying less than 7 nights, pre-assigned units in a shared scheme will be provided, allowing a maximum of 3 stops during arrivals and departures. Very important: Our members with Residence & Signature membership are exempt from this change of dynamic.
To streamline your arrival, simply share your flight details, and you will receive a voucher as shown in the image below:
Rest assured, BD Experience staff will monitor your flight, ensuring seamless transportation even in the case of delays or early arrivals.
Upon arriving at the International Airports, please be prepared for standard immigration and customs procedures, which may take up to 45 minutes. Refer to the provided image for a visual guide to the process.
Once you complete the process above, please exit the airport terminal and a BD Experience representative, identifiable by their uniform will assist you at the desk, ensuring a smooth transition from the airport to the hotel.
If you’re planning a visit to our destinations, kindly fill out the flight information form to secure your Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer confirmation. Remember, it’s crucial to submit your transfer request at least 72 hours before your flight, and avoid duplication if you’ve already provided your details for an upcoming trip.
