We are just one month away from the most glamorous event of the year, Members Awards – The Best Caribbean Diamond in the stunning destination of Costa Mujeres, Cancun. The Members Awards is our way of honoring the loyalty of our esteemed members, a celebration full of excitement and recognition.
During the main party we will be handing out awards in various categories, including recognitions to the most active on social media, PTC influencers and ambassadors of our destinations, among others. We are delighted to announce that pets are welcome at TRS Ibiza and TRS Cap Cana Waterfront & Marina Hotel! That’s right, furry friends (dogs) weighing up to 10 kg can join their owners for a luxury getaway in one of the most exclusive destinations in the Dominican Republic and Ibiza.
We understand that pets are part of the family and are happy to offer accommodations that meet their needs. A daily rate will apply at TRS Cap Cana Hotel of $40 per pet per night, with an additional $100 supplement for hypoallergenic room cleaning and a charitable donation for each stay. At TRS Ibiza Hotel the cost per pet per night is 50€ with an additional 75€ hypoallergenic room cleaning fee and a charitable donation for each stay.
Please note that taxes are not included and payment must be made directly at the hotel upon arrival. So pack your pup’s favorite toys and get ready to create unforgettable memories together in Ibiza and Cap Cana.
As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and ensure the comfort of our PTC members, we inform you of the updated hours of operation of the Adult Relax Pool at Grand Palladium Vallarta. Effective immediately, the pool will close at 21:00Hrs. Please note that guests will not be allowed to enter the pool area after this time.
We understand that all guests may still wish to relax and enjoy drinks after the pool has closed. To accommodate this, The Secret bar will remain open from 10:00 to 22:30, ensuring that our guests can continue to relax and enjoy their evening. Additionally, this adjustment will allow us to maintain beverage service for diners at La Adelita Restaurant.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and assure you that it is made with careful consideration for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests at Grand Palladium Vallarta.
