RENOVATION NEWS from Palladium Hotels & Resorts

Palladium Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce improvements at the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa.

The property, between August and October 2016, will be undergoing refurbishments of its accommodations, lobby and lobby bar, and some of its dining spaces.At the same time,PalladiumHotels&Resorts will also be refurbishing the Grand Palladium Resort & Spa Jamaica and RivieraNayarit properties.

Our commitment to providing exceptional service and accommodations for our guests has led to expanded family-‐friendly accommodations, additional dining options and updated room décor, among other upgrades.

Please see below for the detailed list of upgrades coming to the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya and additional upgrades taking placeat other properties.

Every effort will be made to assure minimal inconvenience to guests during the refurbishment period.

Lobby

From September through December 2016, the reception, lobby and lobby bar will be refurbished with a modern decor and facilitating theseareas to better serve our customers.

Accommodations
Between August and October, several rooms at the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa property will be refreshed and receive new furniture and upgraded décor. The Villas where these improvements will take place will be closed to the public so as to not impact guest experience while staying at the resort.

Dining

White Sand’s Mediterranean à la carte restaurant, Mare Nostrum, will be undergoing renovations between July 1st through September to provide new and exciting alternatives to our guests.

White Sand’s Japanese à la carte restaurant, Sumptuori, will be undergoing renovations between September 16th to December 1st. While the restaurant is being renovated, guests will be able to indulge in Asian cuisine at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa’s La Hacienda Buffet during dinner service.

Improvements at Additional Palladium Hotels & Resorts Properties

Grand Palladium Resort & Spa Jamaica Complex

Starting in May, the cobblestone from the main entrance of the resort leading up to the lobby will be repaved. El Poseidon Restaurant, Lotus House Restaurant and the wedding office will all be refurbished staring in August. The Infinity Terrace will be waterproofed, and the pool deck floors will be repaired.
Grand Palladium Resort & Spa – Riviera Nayarit Complex

The property’s zoo will be upgraded and undergo minor construction. The hotel’s entrance will be repaved during the month of April and the project will last about 15 days. Generators will be replaced; however, power usage will be managed so as not to affect the comfort of the guests during their stay. There is no mayor construction involved at our Riviera Nayarit property and all the guest rooms and restaurants will be fully functioning.
