Provisional Rates

November 10, 2021 / 0 Comments

What are provisional rates?

These rates are an additional benefit for all of our Palladium Travel Club members, in which members can book the following year at the current established rates, without any increase caused by inflation, such as an increase in the cost of products (gasoline, basic food basket, etc.).

Are there any restrictions?

There are seasonal restrictions, such as Easter. These can vary every year and therefore the provisional rates, as well as other promotions may not apply on certain dates.

Do all members have this benefit?

All our members, their beneficiaries and guests have the benefit of being able to book at these unique rates that you won’t find elsewhere.

Do these rates apply to other promotions?

Yes, these rates also apply to other promotions. To know the current promotions, check out: https://www.palladiumtravelclub.com/en/offers or contact your Call Center agent, who will be more than happy to assist you.

Once my booking is confirmed, will these rates be changed?

Once the booking is confirmed, these rates will be valid and will not be modified unless you request it, whether you want to change dates or for any other type of modification that changes the original booking. When making any changes to your original booking, you will also have to adjust to the current rate and promotion.

How can I get this benefit?

  • Be up to date with the monthly payments of your membership
  • Request your travel reservation to our Call Center

Can it be used in any hotel and type of suite?

Yes, these rates apply to all types of suites included in your rate card or membership in our Caribbean destinations.

If you have any questions, our Bookings team will be happy to help you. For more information, please write us at: info@palladiumtravelclub.com.
