As part of our commitment to improving our services, we need to announce a significant change in how we handle inquiries and requests of reservations through our Call Center.
Effective immediately, we are requesting our Call Center staff to prioritize handling telephone calls over emails. This strategic shift aims to optimize our communication channels, expedite issue resolution, and elevate the level of personalized assistance that you receive when reaching out to us for support or assistance with your reservations. I would like to take this opportunity to inform that, should you have questions regarding your membership contract or how your membership work, you can still reach the Verification Officer Team through the e-mail address listed in your contract or in the business card in your Member’s pack, and that any past communication addressed through such channel to the Verification Officer staff, regarding contract-related issues or membership inquiries, will still be followed up.
Please rest assured that this change is driven by our unwavering dedication to providing you with the best possible service experience. We recognize that your time is precious, and by focusing our resources on direct phone interactions, we aim to deliver more efficient and effective assistance to each of you, our valuable Members.
Regarding this transition, I must inform you that any emails that have been sent to this date to our Call Center will not be handled. So, if you have any unconcluded reservation previously requested or taken care of by email that you would like to reprise, please do not hesitate to call our Call Center. This decision has been made to ensure that our Call Center Agents can fully concentrate on assisting you promptly and with the highest level of attention to detail.
We are committed to launching a dedicated Palladium Travel Club web service which will allow members to quote and reserve online, and the difficulties that we have been experiencing in the past weeks to be connected to the necessary steps that we are taking as a Club to get us there and create an even more satisfying experience for all our members.
