Soon you will be able to book your holidays using the Non-Refundable Promotions!
These promotions are an additional benefit to the existing available ones to our Members, who can also take advantage of an additional discount when booking and pre-paying their reservations. Our members will have both alternatives to complete their bookings, by choosing any of the payment options for their Palladium Nights booking, being the Pay on Arrival option (with their regular promotion), as well as the Non-Refundable offer option by pre-paying their booking (with an additional discount).
When making use of these non-refundable promotions, you agree to their terms and conditions, which grant no right to refund in case of cancellation.

Renovated Suites in Jamaica
We are happy and excited that after months of hard work renovating the suites and making improvements to each of the rooms, you can now book the new categories of Suites at Grand Palladium Jamaica. Below, we show you the different typologies:
Junior Suite
This suite was remodeled with a modern furnished terrace overlooking the lush tropical vegetation. It has an occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child.
Make yourself at home in this elegant space with marble and wood details. This room is available with one king bed or two double beds.
Suite
Enjoy some of the best sunsets in this recently redesigned spacious suite with a large furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
This modern accommodation has the space and features for an ideal Caribbean getaway: a large bedroom, separate living room and a terrace with a cosy lounge area. Throughout the suite you will find luxurious materials such as marble and high quality wood.
Superior Jr Suite Private Pool
Our largest accommodation, complete with a stunning furnished terrace and private infinity pool, is the perfect place to watch an unforgettable sunset and is just steps away from the beach.
*Please note that for safety and proper use of the pool, this suite is only available for adults and teenagers over 12 years of age.
Wake up in a true Caribbean paradise with this bright and recently renovated suite, featuring a spacious bedroom, a separate living room and a terrace with dining table, lounge area and dreamy pool.
Thanks to its recent renovation, this suite is equipped with the best materials, such as marble and high quality wood. The beautiful private pool is also brand new with a modern design.
CHIC CABARET & RESTAURANT
The cost per person to attend the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show, – gastro-show restaurant with 3h of show and more than 25 artists on stage will remain to have a cost of $45 USD per person.
• Chic Cabaret & Restaurant remains an included experience for all our Signature, Presidential and Ambassador members (staying in Ambassador Suites) This memberships are exempt from payment for reservation fee, as well as the cost to attend the show.
• Exit, Junior, Governor and Ambassador memberships (not staying at Ambassador Suites) who want to go to Chic Cabaret & Restaurant will have a cost of $ 80 USD, which you can pay with your Palladium Money, also the $ 45 USD reservation fee per person can be paid with Palladium Money.
• In such cases the charge will be applied to the suite and will be paid at check-out before leaving the hotel, so it is not necessary to pay anything at the time of booking, or dinner.
For those new members who have not yet seen the show, we can tell you that it is more than a cabaret, a restaurant or a club, Chic Cabaret & Restaurant is an experience that transcends the gastronomic and will sublimate all your senses. Get ready for a show with a lot of flavor and… Music, maestro!
Room Service
We are always committed to provide the best services and experiences to our Palladium Travel Club family, so this time the focus is on the gastronomic experience for the hotels in the Caribbean region under the Grand Palladium and TRS Hotel brands.
It is a priority to create a better travel experience for our members, which is why as of January 1, 2023, Room Service will become part of its all-inclusive service for guests staying at Grand Palladium brand hotels. This includes its Caribbean destinations, such as: Dominican Republic. Mexico and Jamaica. Room Service will be included in the all-inclusive accommodation plan from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Outside these hours, the service fee will cost $17 US dollars per delivery.
This Service Fee will not apply to Ambassador, Signature & Presidential memberships. For any additional questions, you can approach our operational Palladium Travel Club staff at the destination that visits us.
*Members with other level of membership can pay for the service with their Palladium Money.
