Our team of contract Verification Officers (VLO) is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Cancun, Quintana Roo Mexico time.

We remind you that our collections team is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm – Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic time.
