In 2025, Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa will implement remodeling work in all of its rooms within the Riviera Maya resort. In order to minimize the impact, we will be closing room buildings as soon as we reopen the newly remodeled buildings. This work will be divided into four phases, beginning in April 2025 and ending in December 2025.

In case you have a reservation on the dates mentioned above, don’t worry, we will go ahead and relocate you to another suite within the same resort, Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa.
This renovation does not affect restaurants, bars or other resort facilities. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our resort. We look forward to seeing you soon at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa and TRS Yucatan Hotel.
