Members Terrace Lounge in Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa:

In order to offer our beloved PTC family an improved experience, we enhanced the Members Terrace Lounge in Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa.

After a few weeks of hard work in the areas, we are glad to say that your exclusive area is looking better than ever!

We can’t wait for you to come and be delighted with the renovations. Here’s a photo of the shine new area.

Check-in Online:

Now you can do your Check-in online and make the most of your vacation!

Streamline the check-in process at the hotel by filling out the information we need in advance so you can make the most of your stay. When you arrive at the hotel, all you have to do is go to the Lobby Members to sign, present your documentation and collect your bracelet. It has never been so easy!

Important: we can only guarantee that your information will be correctly registered if you fill out the form within 48 hours of your arrival at the hotel.

Chic Cabaret & Restaurant remains an included experience for all our Signature, Presidential and Ambassador members (staying in Ambassador Suites) This memberships are exempt from payment of reservation fee, as well as the cost to attend the show.

Exit, Junior, Governor and Ambassador memberships (not staying at Ambassador Suites) who wants to see the show has a cost of $75 USD + $35 USD reservation fee per person.

* Both the reservation fee and the entrance to the show can be paid with your Palladium Money!

In such cases the charge will be applied to the suite and will be paid at check-out before leaving the hotel, so it is not necessary to pay anything at the time of booking, or dinner.

Transportation:

We are constantly working on providing the best services, so please be aware that you can enjoy a complementary shared transportation from the airport to the resort for reservations of less than 7 nights of stay. 🧳👜
