Palladium Travel Club has decided to postpone the 6th Annual Members Party scheduled for October 9-23, due to force majeure. We know that many of you, as well as the PTC staff, are excited to go to the party, but we believe that at the moment it is best to wait.

CHIC CABARET & RESTAURANT

Looking ahead to the beginning of the year 2021 and with the promise of continuing to offer a unique and unforgettable experience at Chic Cabaret & Restaurant, – gastro-show restaurant with a 3-hour of show and more than 25 artists on stage -, we inform you that from the 1 of January 2021, the reservation fee to attend the show will cost $ 35 USD per person.

• Applies for guests with stays from January 1, 2021.
• Chic Cabaret & Restaurant remains an included experience for all our Signature, Presidential and Ambassador members (staying in Ambassador Suites) This memberships are exempt from payment for reservation fee, as well as the cost to attend the show.
Exit, Junior, Governor and Ambassador memberships (not staying at Ambassador Suites) who want to go to Chic Cabaret & Restaurant will have a cost of $ 80 USD, which you can pay with your Palladium Money, the $ 35 USD reservation fee per person, will be in cash or card payment (payment with Palladium Money does not apply)
• The charge will be applied to the suite and will be paid at check-out before leaving the hotel, so it is not necessary to pay anything at the time of booking, or dinner.

 

COVID-19 TEST

Jamaica

Jamaica’s Minister of Health and Wellness announced that travelers must take the test within 10 days prior to their intended date of travel to Jamaica. All persons applying to enter on visitjamaica.com from the designated high-risk locations will be required to upload their COVID-19 PCR test certificate as part of the application process.

Visitors to the island are reminded that upon arrival in Jamaica, all persons will be subject to health screening and risk assessment by the local health authorities. All tourist will be allowed to go to their hotel under a Stay in Resilient Corridor Order from their date of entry to Jamaica. Those tested will have to stay in their results is returned.

Visitors must report symptoms to the ho0tel medical station. Persons who are symptomatic or become symptomatic during quarantine will be isolated and tested. Visitors who return a negative result will remain on hotel property according to Stay in Resilient Corridor orders.

Dominican Republic

The government of the Dominican Republic has decided that any person who wishes to enter the country must bring a PCR test for a maximum of 5 days prior to arrival in Dominican territory and in case of not having these results, they will be conducting tests, as appropriate, at the same airport.

Those travelers who take the rapid test upon arrival in the country and have a positive result will be isolated in facilities provided for this purpose.

To continue serving our guests, our hotels have a new medical assistance insurance that guarantees the protection of all our clients against any contingency that may arise during their stay related to Covid-19.

 

CLEAN & SAFE SGS

In order to continue offering our members a carefree vacation, Palladium Hotel Group is certified Clean & Safe SGS.

To do this, the instructions and recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) are taken into account, as well as the guidelines set by the competent authorities of the six countries where the group is present. With the aim of offering the maximum guarantees of health and safety to both our collaborators and our clients and that these, in turn, can continue to enjoy a stay full of experiences.

The Palladium Hotel Group protocol includes new rules and processes, as well as improvements in the safety, quality, hygiene and health standards of all hotels and resorts.
