Take your precautions!

Dear members:

We would like to inform you that last Monday 01 August, the Government of Mexico began rehabilitation work on the Mex 30 Reforma Agraria – Puerto Juárez highway, Boulevard Colosio section. This work by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT) will affect one of our main routes that connects the airport with our destinations of Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya.

The rehabilitation section has two schedules for traffic directions: from 00:00 to 14:00 hours, two one-way lanes from north to south (Cancun-Playa del Carmen) and one return lane; and from 14:00 to 00:00 hours, two lanes from south to north (Playa del Carmen-Cancun) and one on the opposite side.

The closure of these lanes is generating slow traffic in the area and, our transports could take a little longer than the estimated time to get to the hotel and to the International Airport of the city. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to your trip, and we remind you that our Palladium Travel Club staff is working hard to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

We also suggest that you take in mind this mishap and schedule your departure from the hotel at least five hours in advance, taking into account that for domestic flights you must be there three hours in advance and for international flights four hours in advance. For our part we are taking all the necessary measures to make your journey more pleasant following the government’s recommendations such as leaving early and taking alternative routes such as:

Av. Huayacán
López Portillo
Av. 135
Cancun – Merida

Our Palladium Travel Club family is the most important thing to us, so our team will continue to monitor the situation closely to let you know the latest updates on the road rehabilitation works so we can offer you a better experience.

Thank you for all the unconditional support you have given us.

Yours sincerely,

Palladium Travel Club.
