In 2025, Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa will implement remodeling work in all of its rooms within the Riviera Maya resort. In order to minimize the impact, we will be closing room buildings as soon as we reopen the newly remodeled buildings. This work will be divided into four phases, beginning in April 2025 and ending in December 2025.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa has decided to postpone the planned room renewal works originally scheduled for 2025. As a result, all 406 rooms will be available for guests throughout the year.
Rest assured, our restaurants, bars, and all other resort facilities will continue to operate as usual without any disruptions. We remain dedicated to providing exceptional accommodations, unforgettable experiences, entertainment, family-friendly activities, and top-notch gastronomy.
The decision to keep the resort open was influenced by our high occupancy levels for 2025 and the preferences of our valued guests. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring your stay is both enjoyable and memorable.
