On the other hand, we inform you that, Antigen tests will continue to be free for all our Palladium Travel Club Members until further notice.
Please note that we will have both tests available at the property. The Antigen Test and as well, The PCR Test, For Members traveling to countries that require a PCR Test in specific. Our Front Desk Team will continue helping you, to coordinate and facilitate appointments for your Test, provided by external companies, either on or off the property.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that all passengers entering to the United States and many other countries are required to present proof of negative COVID19 test lab, for testing conducted within 24 hours of arrival.
SAME DAY RESULTS: COVID19 test result will be given to our Guests on the same day. We will appreciate you take not on the pricing and service hours, which are available effective immediately (and until further notice) for our mutual passengers who requires a COVID19 test prior to departure, based on the following:

IMPORTANT: at our Riviera Maya properties, there are specific service hours for PCR tests: from 9 to 12hrs.
In case that you tests positive for COVID19 during your stay at the hotel and the doctor prescribes the need for you to stay at the hotel, Palladium Travel Club will continue to honor a complementary stay in the premises for two people up to 10 nights maximum, in one of our rooms destinated to follow the isolation protocols established by the hotel, that is, that the people on this rooms will not be able to go out to the swimming pools, beach, restaurants and other common areas, and must remain in the room at all time during the quarantine.
As well, If you need to extend your stay after this 10 Nights, we will continue to honor the preferential rate of 75USD (Dollars) per person and night and that of your companions with 50 USD (dollars) per person and night, up to 10 additional days .
