As some of you might have learned, Palladium Hotel Group has recently launched its PTC Experience at the Grand Palladium and TRS resorts in Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya, a program that allows PHG guests to try the Palladium Travel Club experience through access to PTC areas and some PTC services, as well as through interaction with PTC members.
You might wonder how PTC Experience benefits you or if it affects your exclusivity in any way. Well, thanks to PTC Experience, PTC areas have been extended, and you can enjoy new exclusive areas in both, Grand Palladium and TRS facilities.
Moreover, as PTC Experience guests are invited to a PTC information tour at some point during their stays by the PTC Team, some of them become PTC Members, which allows PTC to grow and be a stronger Travel Club while your exclusivity is minimally affected: the number of PHG guests who can purchase the PTC Experience each night is highly restricted by the resorts and thus very limited, based on PTC members occupancy. Additionally, they will not be able to purchase it again in future stays. Finally, guests staying in Grand Palladium resorts will only be able to use PTC Experience areas in Grand Palladium and not in TRS.
