Continue living unique and unforgettable experiences as a member of Palladium Travel Club, therefore we inform you that the cost per person to attend the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show, – gastro-show restaurant with 3h of show and more than 25 artists on stage has an entrance fee of $60 USD for members staying at Grand Palladium and $55 USD for members staying at TRS or Family Selection.
Chic Cabaret & Restaurant continues to be an included experience for all our Ambassador members (staying in Ambassador Suites) Presidential, Presidential Ambassador, Presidential Signature, Presidential Signature Residence and Presidential Signature Residence so they are exempt from paying the entrance fee.
Exit, Junior, Governor and Ambassador members (not staying at Ambassador Suites) who want to go to Chic Cabaret & Restaurant will be charged $60 USD for members staying at Grand Palladium and $55 USD if they are staying at TRS Hotels or Family Selection, which can be paid with their Palladium Money, in any case the payment will be in cash or by credit card. In the case that the charge is in cash it will be applied to the room at the time of booking at the restaurant, and will be paid at check-out before leaving the hotel, so it is not necessary to pay anything at the time of booking, or dinner.

Tulum Airport & Mayan Train
The Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport in Tulum, Quintana Roo started operations a month ago. It is located in the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto, 19km from downtown Tulum (1h20).
This location will make the airport easily accessible from Tulum, significantly reducing travel time compared to Cancun airport (3h15) for tourists going to Tulum, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Xel-Ha, Coba, Bacalar, Mahahual and Chetumal. From March onwards it will have a greater positive effect, because it will be in that month when three U.S. airlines start operations.
An essential factor to take into account with the establishment of the new Tulum Airport is its strategic relationship with the Mayan Train Project.
As you can see in the following official map, the Tren Maya will cross the states of Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Campeche, Chiapas and Tabasco, connecting important tourist destinations such as Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Bacalar and Palenque.
The Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport in Tulum will be connected through a 10.5 kilometer roadway that will link the complex directly to Federal Highway 307. In addition, the airport will establish connections with sections 5 and 6 of the Mayan Train, further strengthening its position as a hub for mobility in the region.
The combination of Tulum Airport and the Tren Maya offers a promising scenario for tourism in the region. Tourists will have the option to fly directly to Tulum, enjoy its unique offerings and then board the Tren Maya to discover other parts of the Yucatan Peninsula.
It will definitely significantly improve the travel experience for both international and domestic tourists. In fact, the new airport will not only make Tulum more accessible, but will also open up opportunities for exploration of surrounding destinations.
Change of dynamics in Riviera Maya and Punta Cana Transfers
We remind you that those members staying less than 7 nights, pre-assigned units will be provided in a shared scheme, allowing a maximum of 3 stops during arrivals and departures. Important: Our Residence & Signature members are exempt from this change of scheme.
Members traveling for more than 7 nights are still provided with private transportation directly to the hotel they booked.
To expedite your arrival, simply share your flight details, and you will receive a voucher as shown in the image below confirming your transportation details and stops. Rest assured that BD Experience staff will monitor your flight, ensuring smooth transportation even in the event of delays or early arrivals.
If you are planning a visit to our destinations, please complete the flight information form to ensure confirmation of your Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer. Remember that it is crucial to submit your transfer request at least 72 hours before your flight, and avoid duplication if you have already provided your details for an upcoming trip. TRS Cap Cana – Pet Friendly
We are pleased to announce that Palladium Hotel Group, has incorporated to TRS Cap Cana Waterfront & Marina Hotel the availability of accommodation with their beloved pets (dogs). To meet these needs and facilitate the vacation process for our members, pets (dogs) up to 10 kg / 22 Lb. are now welcome. As of January 1, 2024, they can start the reservation process effective to date.
Pets will be able to enjoy their vacation for $40 USD per night and an additional fee of $100 USD will be charged for hypoallergenic room cleaning and charitable donation for each stay.
Below, we share with you the rules and regulations established by the property for the stays of the spoiled ones of the house:
- Pets must always be controlled by the guest. Guests are responsible for preventing their pet from disturbing the peace of other guests.
- Any damage or injury caused or attributable from the pet to third parties, Hotel and/or Hotel property will be the responsibility of the owner, who has the obligation to cover the cost or repair from the resulting damage.
- The pet must always walk with a leash on and be in the care of its owner. You must ensure that your pet respects the personal space of other guests and other pets that may be always in the same area.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning their pet waste in all areas. Dog waste removal equipment and supplies will be provided. In the event that you require more hygienic clean up equipment than the items provided to you, you must notify the hotel staff so that the necessary supplies can be provided, in order to keep the designated areas and facilities clean.
- Guests with pets should stay within pet designated areas and paths, and respect restricted access areas. If the pet travels through undesignated areas, the guest must inform the hotel staff to carry out the disinfection and cleaning of the area as determined. Similarly, the pet must always wear a tag with its name so it can be identifiable, while using the designated facilities and areas.
- Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, consumer centers, pool areas, convention center, beach, gym and spa.
